I’m Dr. ThoMisha M. Holder, EdD, PCC, an instructional designer and learning strategist specializing in adult learning, workforce development, and leadership growth. With over 12 years of experience designing high-impact training across government, higher education, and mission-driven organizations, I help teams build the skills and confidence needed to perform at their best.
My doctoral training in Adult Learning Theory and Curriculum Development allows me to create learning experiences that are not only engaging, but grounded in evidence, aligned with organizational goals, and built for measurable results.
